Having lost their father, William, to Alzheimer's disease, Joe McKeown and his family founded the William J. McKeown, Jr. Golf Classic for Alzheimer's to raise awareness about the disease and to raise funds for a cure. The event has become one of the premier golf events in the region and attracts more than 230 golfers each year. Over the past 18 years, the Golf Classic and The McKeown Foundation have raised over $2 million for Alzheimer's care, education, and research over the past 18 years.                                             Did you know?
